Greg at custom guns invercargil would be a good one to ask too as Greg shoots at the matches himself.

hokanui precision rifle matches on facebook would probably be the closest to you at least that I know of

If you just want to have a "plinker" we have steel shoots to 400 at Invercargill about monthly but there's no timetable out just now - hopefully we'll soon be back to 600 again. PM me if you like.

Te Anau also shoot steel regularly, some just for fun and some matches. @Rock river arms hunter might add a bit more.

Would also be keen. A lot to learn and also a chance to sharpen up on basic techniques. Range work testing loads has really highlighted how sloppy I’d become. I think that happens when some of us have been doing what we’re doing on our own for so long.

We've got some avid reloaders in our club and are a pretty welcoming lot.
