Good advice above already.
I see you have a muffler on there but make sure you wear good hearing protection while shooting, half of the cause of flinch is the noise and blast.
T3 recoil pads are non existent, a 308 one with a can should not be a problem for a couple of shots for an adult but prolonged bench firing/poor hold could result in a bruised shoulder.
I recommend a limbsaver and a firm hold into the shoulder so it cant "slap" you.
Also a lighter load like belmonts 130gr HP might do you well.
