    Watched my old man miss 7 out out of 9 one night, no more than 150 yds away. Id guess he's shot more than most on here put together. Partly my fault I guess, after the first few I was laughing to hard to hold the light still. Wasn't a very comfortable ride home

    150yrds is pretty far. I missed a deer at 15m resting with a bi-pod!

    Just out of curiosity how many of you missed your first deer? I missed my first deer, the farm manager I was with said he missed his first 12 what about yous?

    cant remember what order things happened in but I missed my share. Not many in the last few years but don't pull the trigger anywhere near as often either

    Your a worry mate. I will resign myself to the fact that I wont win a battle of wits this trip. But you may come back from a hard day on the hill to find your pillow's guts strewn all over the valley floor after an argument with my blaser
