Are you shooting quality 303 or WW 1 / 2 surplus?

I have "some of that greek surplus stuff" and when the masses return to work, will take some along with my #5 down to the range and see what happens. Whatever, some thoughts.............

it was a "jungle" rifle and open spaces don't exist in the jungle, so I don't expect much beyond 100 yards (Stuff this froggie metric shit system) with open sights and my bleary old optics I doubt that I will be excited, but as you say,

" It was just fun to take it out and shoot it."

and I say, "Long Live the British Empire.

P.S. and in closing. to steal some lines from:
"The Goon Show"............."you can't get the wood any more." and
Stark naked Reality; they ceased making them 76 years ago and of course
