    Elephant gets cranky

Not mine but some pics I found on on the nitro express page on a member of on farce book.
Baby elephant gets a towel up by a cape buff, then possibly mum elephant comes in for a sort out. But the grass/scenery is different in the 2 shots so very likely not related at all
One of the few things that can do that. Pretty impressive
Someone commented these pictures was taken a few years ago in Addo National Park near Port Elizabeth South Africa

lol sounds like a good story. Another couple of points, the time stamp on the pics is the same ( I doubt the whole thing was under 1 minute) and the critter giving the baby the business is covered in mud and crap and the one supposedly being dealt to by the adult elephant is clean as and angle of it's horns look different from the other buffalo

Looks like a different buff to me. The one at top looks way more solid.

Unlikely that this is a sequence from one event. However, I have the greatest respect for both buffalo and elephants, and don't doubt that this scenario could have played out with all parties possibly even being able to walk away from the event.

Awh...I dunno, the expression on the little elephant in the bottom photo - right corner looks like he/she is having a hell of laugh...
as if to say "pay backs a bitch".
    Maybe later that day.

The time stamps are from me taking a screen shot on my phone so they all should be pretty close lol
I reckon 2 are from one set of pics the other 2 from another

Another look - the bottom 2 pics show a young buffalo, based on the horns, while the buff in the top 2 pics is an old 'daga boy' with much more heavy horn boss.
