About LinkBacksI use my gas one on the daily, its an older, more solid one than they make these days. When I have more than half an hour to cook I'll light a fire in my brick oven/pit. Gas works just fine for a quick, reliable BBQ, as long as its not a rubbishy cheap one that doesn't get hot.
