Next time you are experimenting try a Mallowpuff pie....Use a short crust pastry, (like an apple pie) and instead of apple you put marshmellows, strawberry or raspberry and chocolate (chocolate sauce topping or actual chocolate or a mix of both) and some crunched up biscuits. Cook like a normal pie until Pastry is cooked and serve with Ice cream....(The ice cream helps knock back the sweetness just right)

Just bear in mind this pie also requires some significant excercise afterwards or you will start to resemble a pie shape yourself.....

next is the deep fried chocolate wontons with strawberry sauce.....
