    Sausage making course - expressions of interest

    I have been wanting to do a course on sausage making for a while, to get some professional tuition on what it takes to make a good sausage.

    One course provider is Soggy Bottom Holdings in Ngaruawahia. They stopped doing courses for a while, but are advertising them again on their website, so I made contact with them today. They normally do their courses one Friday a month, with Saturday by arrangement.
    They need 6-8 participants to do a Saturday, so I thought I would put it out there to see if anyone else would be interested.

    Cost is $120 per head. Sausage and curing courses - Soggy Bottom Holding Farm, Butchery & Kitchen

    Who would be keen if we can get a date that suits everyone and Jono at Saggy Bottom?

    Yep me and the Mrs would keen. Saturday would be ideal but could do a Friday with plenty of notice.

    Do they also run courses on making salami or dry-aging certain cuts of meat to get something like Italian prosciutto?
