    OB try mixing a bit of whole grain mustard in with the splash of cream. Fantastic what that does to the whole shebang.

    +1, tho it doesn't have to be whole grain.
    don't be shy either,most of the heat will disappear with cooking unlike chilly etc.

    Tried this morning for Sunday breakfast ,Venison liver ,onions ,bacon ,flat mushrooms sliced and pan fried in butter and oil ,then added cream and a big tablespoon of wholegrain honey mustard .Absolutely bloody delicious will be having this again regularly thanks guys

    if you are ever down Whiti-city I am sure I can come up with something for you Rushy .Have some Red steaks and a shank and some sausages and another pack of liver in the freezer and hopefully after next weekend will have some sika in there too .Unless my Uni daughter and partner come down from Aucks and raid the freezer .
