Go down to your local Mitre 10 and have a look at some of the sheds they have on display and copy their design.
Make the ply floor to your sheet size and frame with 50mm square as they do. Can get 40mm sheets of polystyrene for $50 if you want to insulate.
Make it so rats/mice can't get in

    Yeah ,

My mates got some free framing timber , & I have some free roof iron & a old door & a few windows as well .
Just want to keep the costs reasonable , no need to Taj Mahal It .

No "back door" with this model
GARDEN SHEDS FOR SALE Kitset 3.45x2.6m DARK GREEN | Trade Me
iv got the bigger version here they seem pretty flimsy to set up but once you get everything joined together they are surprisingly strong & down the track you could easily line the walls with ply , cut a window in if you wanted

A good shooting platform is as essential as your shooting companion
That is very poor shooting technique resting the muzzle on the rail is not condusive to accuracy, looks like some coaching is needed.

Had similar to this on ue island, a decent southerly blew it to bits, gone off the idea of a tin shed. If I get round to another one it'll be 4*2 and ply
