    While the article calls it a handgun, in truth, if it was a "real" handgun rather than the airgun mentioned, I can guarantee the headline would have been along the lines of "Lawyer charged for concealed weapon" or "Armed Lawyer brings handgun to court" or some such. The fact that it rates barely a mention means that, as mentioned in an earlier post" that it was more likely an air pistol. And the headline "Lawyer takes toy gun to court" does not have quite the same ring.........Lets face it, if the media can beat up a frenzy by using a headline, they will, even if it barely connects to the facts.

    We all know they wont let facts get in the way of a good story.......see it all the time.
