    Agreed to a point.
    If you're referring to an A category licence though. Security, historically has mainly been to secure against access by our kids and opportunistic thieves. As in no, or basic hand tools or planning.

    That's the reason for the higher standards for B C D and E, as they are more likely to be targeted by a planned and equipped attack.
