    It depends on your vettor I guess. My mate is allowed to keep his 308 bolt gun bike locked to his hot water cylinder in the same region for me there was dicking around on the wall thickness of my safe, was also fixed to wall and floor in 8 points. I only had a bolt action 308 too so try to find logic in that.
    Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.
