This country has the weakest judges ever! You can get away with murder here it's a f*cking disgrace.

So going home grabbing a firearm then coming back to shoot at someone that called you names is how the judge put it, "The Right Moral Framework"

Peice of shit should be deported or jailed.

Pandering to these types is why they think Western civilisation is weak.
    And they're right.

If he had managed to shoot them in the eye and kill them it would be premeditated right? He went home and got the air rifle....

You can actually literally GET AWAY with murder in New Zealand: If I were to become a professional hit man, I would do it with a car or truck every single time: track your marks movements until you have his established pattern, learn the traffic patterns around his movements, and then "arrange the crash" (blind spots, sun angles, speed, location, impact angles ect) naturally using a vehicle suited to the task at hand.

Don't run, make sure the required result has been achieved and then call the Police, Ambo and fire mobs in, go to court and cop to being the guilty part in the crash, hang your head in shame and remorse, wear the short suspension of licence to drive and the minimal fine. Job done legally and no criminal investigation to worry about.

Wouldn't try it in any other country, but in NZ, it works fine. Pretty sure it's in the small print in the tourist information that you are allowed to come kill the locals with your vehicle in NZ with no punishment.

Steedman said Bai was a "strictly observant" Muslim and visited the mosque, a place of worship, five times a week.

Could have been a strictly observant pastafarian for all its relevance to the case in question.

Bit of a misleading headline there too, 'racially attacked' implies a bit more than just being insulted.

So if you have a disagreement with someone, you can go get tooled up, come back, and sling some lead at them. Brilliant.

You think delinquents belonging to the tangaga whenua get pampered some times? You ain't seen nothing yet. You will see more pandering to muslims misbehaving in the future. And those who protest at it will be labelled racist etc, etc. Look up 'Tommy Robinson'. NZ does follow UK trends.

As for a space-filler worthless statement:

'Steedman said Bai was a "strictly observant" Muslim and visited the mosque, a place of worship, five times a week.
"The defendant has tried to live a good life and has the [right] moral framework."'

It is a moral framework right enough, how "right" and how "Religion of Peace"(TM) it is, one must decide for him or herself.

i just watched a youtube video showing the muslim situation in paris. basically 100's turn up, barricade streets off, bring their own security and pray in the open.
the locals cant even enter or leave their own houses , traffic comes to a standstill and there was the gendarmarie (police) just standing there letting it happen.
same thing happens in birmingham england etc.

You can't be racist against an ideology.
No matter how fucked up it is.

I hate the term racist as it is thrown at anyone and everyone for just disagreeing.

    It means nothing anymore.
