Identify your target beyond all doubt because you never miss (right?) and I'll be missed.

I store my rifles barrel down due to oiled bores and I don't find the door attachments a problem. Still, i don't need then and would rather not have them. I'll see what happens but may end up removing them just as you plan to do.
