consistant yank each time she does that and she will get the picture

there are things like prongged collars and leader collars that you clip the leash more to their muzzle if they are difficult to get control of i havent had to use them yet as most of my dogs are pretty sensitive and get the picture from just the yank

there are tons of great videos on leash pulling on youtube but long story short its getting sick of the messing around and yanking the second they try pull you rather than just hitting the end of the leash softly, no mercy just yank. if she ignores you and carrys on pulling yank harder. im yet to see a dog put up with more than 2 minutes of that before they decide to change what they are doing
you have a little bit of an uphill battle till you can go back to normal levels of excersize the pent up energy makes the dog far more likely to make mistakes, but this is life till shes back to 100%

the moment she pulls yank, she will look at you then you can give her a command. if she listens - reward her
every time she pulls she gets the hook set yank. no joke you will sort it on one walk unless she is stubborn
