They're delicious. Hard to describe the flavor, fairly mild I'd say though. Usually pretty tender too.

Day 3 of the cone. She has now convinced the wife she's allowed on the bed.

Lowa 19 month old Weimaraner bitch

Bit Quirky as most weimaraners are. But turning out to be a very handy asset on the hill.

Shes Probably overdue a hunt to be honest.

Any weim sires out there?( south island) Wouldn't mind getting a litter of pups out of her before fixing.Name: Messenger_creation_4B96685A-72CA-4C1C-81F7-0956CC4C94F4.jpg

Nice. Where did she come from? Are there many people breeding them nowadays?
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing, and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.

Sylvie, wirehaired vizsla, nearly 4 years old. Even with a sub-average trainer, an exceptional dog.

Great first post, though was it really 9 years since you joined? Would be good to hear some stories of Sylvie's adventures, especially how she developed her skills despite your claimed 'sub-average' training.

The way I see it, it took me less than a decade to figure out how to use this forum, so I count that as a win. Sylvie has helped me find tahr/reds/fallow/pigs/wallabies/chamois (dead and alive), but my proudest moment was when my hat fell off and rolled several metres down a steep hill I had just walked up. I asked her to bring it to me. She walked down, picked it up and brought it to me. Had never taught her anything like that. Saved myself a few kilojoules that day.
