You know using a poodle as a hunting dog isn't as silly as it sounds, I have a cat that rounds up sheep

they are super smart .... maybe too smart, might tell you to go find your own deer eh? Likely to have a strong drive for birds, so you'd have to train that out of them.
Have wool not hair so don't shed & great for people who have allergies. Their wool coat should keep them pretty warm in the bush.

English bull terriers are very un-English: they can be totally affectionate and unreserved without dropping their 100% scary and ugly look.

Yep, about 13 yrs old, we do not poodle cut her, this was done by a guy for a qualification exam. The cat dominates her, until she barks, that destroys the cat confidence. Extremely intelligent

I have seen my brother using a foxie and a huntaway duck shooting.
The huntaway was a better swimmer but barked as they do when sent to pick up.
Mind you the ducks still came in they were used to farm dogs working all over the place.
Just wondering if the poodles hunt quietly.
The indicating I reckon you can pick up from any dog that something is there.
Are they used to flush birds or point and retrieve.
Have a photo of the weimaraner I had she lived to 18yrs.
Just to show some of what I say need not be taken with a grain of salt.
