    Goat is way leaner than mutton and dogs don't do well on it long term, it leans them right out.

    Having said that, my preferred method is to freeze the carcass whole then saw it up into serving sized chunks. Store in a cardboard box loose. Amazing how small an area a whole sawed-up goat takes up

    Not this year theyre mud fat round here
