Mate I use all sorts of tactic's to buy yourself "time and space",. I will stop a game if abuse is being clearly directed at me ... motion the offender out onto the pitch then everyone is looking at him being a chump then I give him two options either moderate his behaviour or watch from the carpark . With players I tend to put alot of effort into my prematch talk make it very clear and obvious what I expect. Being an explayer I play a long advantage and if one doesn't accrue back to infringement, keep a count of my penalty's using a counter on my lanyard. Most importantly cynical play or repeat offenses I bin them ....
I enjoy the pressure and challenge it is great personal development prepare well at least 10 hrs preparation mid week - game plan etc I'm quite passionate about rugby so handle the good with the bad I've been acused of being a racist's - two maori clubs go figure,
