What you are experiencing is a common phenomenon and the simple solution is to not clean it so often, and when you do then just a quick pass with a dry brush is enough. My .223 Tikka CTR is similar...

LMcNab had some of these on his rifles and rated them. Bought some from the States directly in medium mounts. On my T3 223. We have 2 other T3's with Optilocks. But these DNZ are super rock solid....
