212531 Here's my stutzen in 7x64, a CZ. Beautifully "reconfigured by FRST who stripped off a bit of the OTT "euro" styling and added a nice kiwi touch. Shoots mint, 160s at 2820 into 20mm at...

Here's my one, a Husqvarna 1600 Mauser chambered in .243, with a full mannlicher stock. (The photo makes the barrel look longer, its actually 20.5 inches.) Only got it the other day and although it's...

Really starting to like my 6.5PRC. It’s so easy to shoot it’s not funny. Two deer from two shots in the weekend, 380 and 440m respectively. Shot at a third which was a touch over 500m, but dialled in...

The trend and best use case for magnums is long heavy for caliber bullets. In 7mm this is 180's. This is right at the edge of magazine length for a S/A. Combine this with a very fat case to get...

I think the 6.5 PRC (like you have VC) is the better hunting option because it will be easier to shoot accurately in a hunting situation than the 7 PRC with those powerful loads. With the 6.5 it will...

Yeah man, it pretty much is just an optimised rem mag. Better sami coal, better sami twist rates, no belt. What's not to like

I shot the 147 and 156 in my 6.5 saum and the 168 in my 7saum I get far more bang flops with the 168 but it’s considerably heavier so it’s apples for oranges .260 and 7-08 with 143 eldx and 140 NBT...

Other way around Micky. There's plenty of 6.5 140 & 147 ELDM on the shelf, its the 7mm that's suffering the most. Anyway to the OP, 6.5 all the way....just coz, rest is all academic
