About Kurlyman
Biography:
Built my first silencer for a .22 at 13yrs. I got my firearms licence before my car licence at 15yrs. This legalised the shooting I had been doing for a number of years. Learnt to hunt deer in the hills after the choppers had shot them all out - you don't know how good you have it these days. Spent a good number of years as a competitive Clay Tgt shooter - my comp shotgun is still the most expensive weapon in the cupboard - by far. Spent 37 yrs in the NZ Defence Force, but now I work for a living.

OK Dan. For me the velocity testing is complete. I'm going to PM you the results. In this way it now becomes your information, and probably the end of this thread. Cheers

Hi Dan In reference to your comment above - I once owned a 7-08 Browning BBR. Tried all sorts of things to get it shooting better - eventually sold it [wish I hadn't] - but anyway, sometime latter I...

Hi Dan, I can see your still grappling with the problem of shooting 150gn SST in the 270win. It's something I've been meaning to do for a while so I will also do some load development work for...
