Greetings, The grail load for the 130 grain in the .270 is 60 grains of H4831 which is close to max. Dates from the 1950's and is still in Hodgdons data today. Work up to the velocity though. GPM.

58 to 59 grs of AR2213SC should get you between 2900 and 3000 fps, that was using 130 gr Noslar Solid Base bullets but should do about the same with Hornady Bulllets.
