Respectfully I haven't responded to you because I don't know where to begin. I disagree with absolutely every point you made in your first post, and don't know how to put it all down in writing! :D

Wow this has gone off on a tangent. Turns out I couldn't help myself and bought the vehicle. Got a set of injectors out of a vehicle that had only 20,000k for $470, took two hours to put them...

It 100% depends on the " gunsmith" putting them together. Some seem to assemble and ship them off to their owner, with zero after thought. Other "designer/builders" actually care about the new...

Worst I ever owned was a Remington 597 semi-auto. Worked flawlessly and uber accurate until the day it stopped working as a semi-auto and became a slow, single shot. Bang, dump mag, clear chamber,...

That used to be called an accident, not a golberian... whelped under the back step and given away quietly

In keeping with jim's old age and going a bit cynical, Husky x golden retriever= golberian on trademe 1500. Used to be free to good home or worse.

Yep even though the litter may be presold a few times over, it's far better to cull them back to 3 or 4 to avoid the tall poppy syndrome. A few extra pups can mean a few extra hunters don't have to...

I'm sure there are a few stories on here of people with high $$$ customs that would be their worst gun ever. I certainly got a dud from a 'gun smith' that cost way more than a brilliant off the...

At present there is a litter of a particular versatile breed for $1800 a puppy. Am I wrong in saying that is ridiculous? Are there people willing to pay that much on what is essentially, a gamble? I...

Have a look at the Swarovski SV EL 8x32. Much lighter and smaller than the 10x42, difference in light gathering between the two is negligible, superb optics and just an excellent hunting bino.
