    Make em pay. I think we need to keep the resource for kiwis. If i were to go overseas to hunt i would probably have to pay good money why should it be any different for non kiwis to hunt here.

    Ive used huskys and Stihls in forestry and you cant beat the stihl for reliability and ease of maintanance. I can get 6 months out of a production saw without having doing to much to it.

    A 308 will kill almost anything that you would want to hunt. There reasonable cheap to run and are available in several makes and configurations.

    Those goats will be prime meat after eating that grass. I hunt goats down that way also and have found that the meat on them is great. Goat meat can be very under rated. Good effort sometimes
