The ABLR from common reporting seems to be a fussy projectile that often doesn’t like being close to the lands anyway. Try them at mag length and see how you go.

We had a couple hee haws late July during a hunt and watched a stag rutting with a hind start of this August. Definitely still a chance but it’s significantly reduced as time goes on.

Myself and WildBrad have ordered SFP NX8 4-32s. Tossed up over the 2.5-20 but they are just a bit ugly lol and wasn’t too keen on needing to use a rail to mount them.

Have owned both. No longer own the Browning but have multiple Tikkas. The Browning is a nice rifle with a nice positive action. My biggest dislike was the trigger. They are just not that nice once...

My Dad taught me everything I needed to know when hunting and had me trailing behind him in the bush from 4 years of age. These days the tides have turned and Dad is pretty slow with buggered knees...

Flyblown I was out again last week with the rem mag. Four of the five deer I shot were bang flops with the shots ranging from 360 - 100 yards this time. Fifth was a rear lung shot. Link should take...

I don’t normally film much duck shooting. It’s much harder to film and shoot at the same time plus I enjoy just focussing on the fun of it rather then worrying about a film. None the less I got some...
