We are pretty lucky to be gifted with it being our own individual choice based on our own circumstances, where we are hunting, what we have seen and what we want to do etc. It really is a can of...

Too early for the tops but deer can turn up anywhere of course. I would be focussing on the lower-medium altitude areas like side creeks and sunny faces that will have most of the early spring...

Starts getting bloody expensive when you pay those land fees on top of the helicopter. Good piece of mind knowing you have the place to yourself though

Cool area that i’ve visited once and my old man hunted a lot in his early days. Mostly bush with river flats. Do your usual spring hunting thing and should be away laughing

Can’t go wrong with most of the known brands mate. I’m personally a DPT fan but nothing wrong with Hardy, Gunworks, ASE etc etc the list goes on. Throw on a Magnum Mk2 DPT and you be a happy man.

Two of my mates have put them to work over the last year and endorsed them so I have just acquired a pair myself. Lots of good reviews
