   +1, I'm going to borrow the term 'overscope' from now on. Used to have an S&B PM2 Ultra Short 5-20X50, sold it and got a Leupold Mk4 3.5-10X40, much happier!

   For bush hunting I'd be using Remington corelokts. I haven't used them in .308 but have in 4 other calibre's over the years and haven't found any other bullet that kills sika better.
