At 300m you do start to see minor wind effect the groups. Have a look at 'Applied Ballistics' and deliberately dial in a 10m/sec crosswind. You'll see a couple of clicks to account for. 0.2milrads...

I finally managed to lob some 352 gn ribless pc (41.5gn 2207). Got 3 groups in when the wind was flat. Gotta just play the wind game when it's about and aim off. 45-70 will never be a target round...

Dont be afraid to load heavier projectiles and drop back the powder. You can easily push a powdercoated 300gn cast projectile to 2000ft/s but seriously.. zero reason to imo. I'm currently sitting...

https://noebulletmolds.com/site/shop/bullet-moulds/376/376-329-rn-bv2/376-329-rn-bv2-2-cavity-gc/ I'd hit up NOE and go undersized by a thou and just powder coat them

Just curious how many guys see the extra spend as being worth it over Lee moulds? This is my third one. The first one is a "keith type" with more ribs and a stubbier profile making seating a b$tch...

Had a bunch of new stuff to try. I'm finding some of my moulds don't really like the full length of 2.1" so I bought the redding crimper they designed for the ftx bullet. Seems to work great for...

Carefull when you load those up as well. I had a modest uncompressed load and they have heavy bolt lift and had flattened primers. Tbf I won't bother with ex-mil 7.62 brass in future.
