   I have a 6.5-300rcm I built about 10yrs ago...... which is essentially a prc..... Hybrid100v is its nectar... easily has 50 to 80 fps on all the other powders I have tried and excellent grouping...

    You must surely be the first person in the world to call 223rem a fussy cartridge. It along with 308win would have to be the most simple and forgiving and cheap cartridges to shoot and load for.......
