Pricing is probably my main gripe but its the one that matters most, the crazy way they inflate their prices suggesting the RRP is so much higher just to show a package deal.... nobody sells a base...

In the cheaper arena I have good success with:

TARGET = Hornady SP 55gr ($1.00 per round)
PLINK = BVAC 55gr FMJ ($0.70 per round)

Both are available cheaper for good volumes or there is also...

I had a similar issue and it turned out that the vertical wasn't adjusting, in my case i wound the turret all the way...

I think thats a fair call, it is probably fair to say if it shoots like shit its probably not the gun or the fact that I didn't do it.... its probably me.
