I once owned a Rem model 7 in 308 that shot 1 3/4 to 2 inch at 100 yds and 3 to 4 inch groups at 500 yds not all 100 yd groups pan out at longer ranges.

I had a 19 inch Tikka T3 30 06 suppressed N560 208gr and a long throat got me 2600fps

Shortening muzzle forward length with no negative changes is a step in the right direction.

Can't argue with thoughts groups but yes very interested in how the 147 goes just finished load development with a 22 inch CM and the 147 lapua brass 2740 the 6.5x47 22 inch might be very close.

I was using 72gr R25 with 162 amax

22 inch seems to get it done 147 ELDM R17 2740fps very useful
