Great idea here guys, I only saw this thread yesterday so I got out the rifles and gave it a nudge. I shot these 4x targets this morning before the wind picked up to bad, I shot a target with CCI SD...

Gotta say I'm relatively happy with the results, I just wish I could still actually get some more of the stuff that runs good for more...
I finally managed to get some 5x 5 shot testing done yesterday. All of the below targets were shot yesterday except 2x of the CCI standard which I'm kind of using as a benchmark ammo for a baseline...
A very generous fellow forum member kindly let me grab a couple flavours of ammo off from him that I'd previously not been able to get hold of for testing - cheers mate!! So I got the girls out this...
Ultimitsu If that pricing you are looking at for the 1416 is from Guncity, they have been out of stock for a long time and is not current. The only retailer that I think has any at the moment is...
Tentman Cheers mate, I don't see an point in exaggerating the truth with this sort of thing, results are results and they are what they are.
I'd agree with you for the most part with the accuracy...
Rush 17HMR for bunnies is considerably better for general bunny hunting in my experience as long you don't mind the extra bang! I've tested 2 marlins and my savage and they have all shot constantly...
Nick-D I got most of that ammo from shooting stuff a couple ish years ago. They have a good range and are good to deal with but the freight was like $50...The rest was Guncity if you have a local.
The white subs are Fiocchi and they are hollow points, I had Eley in my head when I wrote that because they are made in England and have the Eley style sh!t box.
They were 13.99 for a single box...
I picked up this on the way home from work today...It was a bit dark when these shot but there wasn't much in the way on wind.

It was a different batch of the Fiocchi 300 that the...
Berosus Yeah the Bergara has been a lot of fun so far, I've had no reliability issues as of today and the trigger is considerably lighter than I was expecting based on what I had read online.
I...
rossi.45 Well it's the back of my mind to have it set up for long range but I can only comfortably shoot to 200m at my place but I had to get some sort of base and rings so it kind of made sense to...
ZQLewis Yeah I'm wrapped with it but to be fair it's only that good with that particular ammo and it might be just that particular batch number it likes so much.
Tentman Sorry mate I haven't had time to get in touch today but I can give you some to try if you're up this way. Unfortunately there is none of that same batch left now otherwise I'd be getting...
northdude Yeah it's the best bit when you buy something new!! But it can be very frustrating though :O_O:
Forgot to mention that all of these groups have been shot with the suppressor on.
Right, here the 10x shot groups, I think the last 2x pics should be targets of the ammo I repeated the test on to...
I've recently purchased a new toy so I though I'd share the ammo testing results for those who are interested.
Just like last time a few disclaimers first...No I'm not a pro, no these weren't shot...
Tikka7mm08 Did you bring the QSP in from the states or was it local? I quite like the look of that...
Here's some targets from my 22lr endeavors but they are only shot @ 50m if that counts

I've got a fck ton more @ 50m where I've had 1 or 2 fliers spoil it...
I recently bought a Toptul 1-8Nm torque screwdriver. Seems to be pretty good and all the other gear I've seen/had in this brand has been really good as well.
I've actually done some testing on my...
Here's one of my favorite folders, it's a Boker with a 90mm VG10 blade which is very easy to open!!
It sits very nicely in the pocket and only weighs 88gr so I forget it's there which is nice....
A few more...

+1 For A with C's handle. I have a folder that has pretty much the exact same profile as A and its been awesome! (See below overlay) I'd highly recommend.

Kiwi Greg Do you think that was from cleaning, not oiling properly and then not using it for years? I would have though the lube on the projectile would be enough to stop any rust forming?
