Thread: Long range accubonds

Hi there was just wondering if any one has got any and if you have what load data you have sorted out speeds.i want to try the 129grn accubonds for 6.5 any feed back would be a great help thanks nathan

I managed a packet or two - use them in my 6.5x47 and 6.5WSM, hopefully get to test them on some goats this weekend.
In the 6.5x47 have them seated right out to suit the .308 mag(Sako 75 - long throat) with R17 - 2850fps 22" barrel groups under.5, not accurate as 123gn A-Max at 2885fps.
In 6.5WSM seated to suit mag (quite a jump to rifling but seems to like it as does the 140gn A-Max) ADI2225 3175fps 26" barrel groups around .5 not as good as 140gn A-Max, not a max load but happy with the SD

Look to be a nice easy bullet to load not like the 7mm 175gn can't get them to group a real pain.

Thanks 300mag have been doing some loads aswell using 2209 with good results in my 65.55.
Doing .6inch at a hundred and 2.95inch at 500yrds,have now shot 5 deer with ranges from 150yrds to 475 yards and as far as killing power goes I will use the accubonds for hunting before in reach for the 140 amax very happy with accubonds
