    Jw15 best bang for buck with a kid, our boy is 12 now think I give him his Jw15 when he was 9 or 10 still uses it and for cheap they are pretty accurate. Just the mags suck with them.

    Very common on low magnification scopes,you can reduce the effect with higher rings at the cost of a poor cheek weld. Personally I wouldn't worry about it.
