From all Ive READ on them its more the worst of both....... they made them more sleak to hold up better out long,but did it to a more stout jacketed pill.... sort of dumb if you stop and reread whats been said above....
and to the OP....... 7X57 has always been a great calibre...sika you say.....keep your BTs for the odd long shot and find a cheaper cup n core PREFERABLY flat or round nosed for the up close/bush work and you will be happy man with a full freezer..... if you really lucky will find projectiles made for the 7mmwaters...which is a necked down 30/30.... they will be rather explody at the higher velocity....
