I found it best to buy things individually so you end up with what you like using. I'm a fan of redding gear in terms of price/quality I found it a good medium, but then you find things like the lee collet dies that are a cheap tool that do an awesome job especially for high volume loading like 223 where you are wanting to get a lot done in a short time. Press, dies and scales are where I focussed most on quality, powder throwers(I throw onto scales anyway and finetune) and the other little bits and pieces I found can chop and change with lesser impact
