Thread: what choke and shot size for up close wallibies

I still stand by 00 buck. I've had great success with it. If it's for up close and personal as you say it seems buck, although having less in them than 00 or #2 do a lot more damage per pellet. Mind you, we use an open/no choke and if the shotgun has to be used it's been in very very tight scrub - less than 20m say. But a rifle is still use-able. I know a farmer down there who shoots them from his deck with a .22lr!
