My Doc wasn't happy with my colesterol for a while, I switched to butter & beef fat. She has since said "keep doing whatever you're doing" and I'm loving it.
Absolutly hate the fact that fridges no longer have butter softeners in them, I can have nice spreadable butter on the bench for 3-4 months during summer but the rest of the year it's hard as a rock.
