That looks like its was fun. That big fellow would have taken some knocking over if it wasn't hit right.
I farmed Friesian bulls as part of a sheep and cattle operation. Up to 1,300 of them. Bull beef is exported to the States for the main purpose of being used as grinder beef in hamburgers. Contrary to what has been stated here it is used so it can be blended with the fatty trimmings from their own prime beef domestic market - so there is plenty of fat in hamburger meat. Because the bull beef is dark coloured the fat that is blended is not so apparent.
