    I can confirm that a back wheel or two in the slow cooker goes down well. Use the same sort of spices that you would for a lamb or beef roast. I'm surprised so few people eat them actually as they're god eating.

    Although I've not tried it myself, people tell me the tail makes an excellent equivalent to ox tail. I just need a recipe for that if anyone has one.

    Surely the backstraps must be good? I've eaten roo in Aussie and it was really nice.

    The only problem is that the little buggers look like a possum crossed with a trex. Ugly little things.

    My dogs flushed one, up at the Waipa MTB park a while back and I've seen them in Kauwerau Forrest. Pretty sure a suppressed 223 will be good on them.
    I need to get my shit sorted and give doc a call. I'm also wanting to eat a few.
