    Had a good trip of pest control on some private land by Hakataramea. Plenty fun getting rid of some of them

    We? the old roo board employees always collected the back straps,as small as they are and fried em up back at camp when camping out.
    Bloody nice and sure as hell bet the tinned stuff of the day lol.

    My mate who has been working on the cycle trail there south of the big river reckons he has seen them several times in the Lindas pass while passing through, I know people who have shot them up in Ohau lake area too, once they get of the head waters in earnest they will be down here much more often.

    My too cents on the meat. I like it. Goes good in a snag with a bit of fat added to texture.
