It looks fantastic but for me there would be two issues

    1. Its over the hill in Takaka and
    2. the price, it would be difficult for me to live there and earn enough to pay for it with my skills

I wouldn't want it as a weekend place but a full time place.
All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

I thought there was an easement there, on the right hand side before the Hotel, I believe the existing easement is only in good faith. Is the other owner of the adjoining property approachable???

    Update:

We have the TV show Neighbour's at war coming to do some filming on 10th and 11th of May. Seems our story about our neighbours and what has been happing over the last 10 + years has interested them enough. So I'll be heading down with them on the 11th, might get my face on National TV... umm might just have to get a haircut.

If course if its raining then no filming at all as they will not be able to move it to another day. Fingers cross the sun gods are out that day

    Good luck with that Trevs.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Well went to the bush section this weekend but this time we had a film crew come along to film us in regards to the Access issue we've had for the last 10+ years. To make a long story short its land locked and the owner of the property we are trying to get access though is denying us access. What makes it worst is this guy is a foreigner who doesn't even live in NZ. A F**Ken (Rich) foreigner (with big Lawyers) is denying us New Zealanders access to there own land. They where filming our story so fingers cross it gets shown

Good luck with that Trevs. You should be able to access your land. Plain and simple.

Probably could if he took to the High Court Rushy, not farking cheap though. Strange but there is a new section in the Maori Land Act that makes access to Maori land far easier to obtain as there is no need to make application to the High Court, but for the OF,s, sorry, shell out the bucks

High court is a lot of money...You have to be rich.

Let me tell you a story (not sure if its true but you make up your mine.) How much is a property that is land locked... not much. So if you can stop someone accessing your property then that property doesn't have much value. So you sell it as you have no choice, the person that is stopping you have access buys it cheap. Then puts in a road then ask yourself how much would that land be worth... see a picture forming
