    Thanks guys for your fantastic support (note the insincerity) no really you are all just sooooo great.

    I should have explained better. I was hoping to use the rifle in the upcoming 22 practical match Kerry is running. We have to use std ammo and one target is out at 150m. Originally the rifle was purchased for pest control and for that it excels. I knew it wouldn't be overly accurate but for time limited stages the semi would have been great. But I will probably use a bolt action the flip side of its better accuracy will be less lead in the air. I do enjoy the banter so thanks for the ideas even the sell it now ones, but I will keep the rifle and yes I do have a nice 17HMR that is good for the shots that don't need the .223 Maybe a few small improvements might be made such as an attempt to bed it and add a KIDD rear block so I can tie down the rear of the action.
