The court documents were sent to his business/home address and surprise surprise I recieved a letter from the courts saying the address was not valid - he's obviously just sent them back without opening them. If he's got nothing to hide or feels he's done no wrong, then why not man up and have your say in court? Luckily I'm patient. Roll on the next step.

But a word of warning to anyone, do not trust this guy, Im not the first to have issues, and im sute I wont be the last.
