    Barrel Thread change

    Can a barrel with a 5/8-24″ thread be changed to a 1-14?
    or alternatively
    Can a suppressor with a 1-14 thread be changed to a 5/8-24″, it is a DPT with baffles at 1-14 so maybe the first threaded baffle could be swapped out?

    I'm completely ignorant about such mechanical wizardry.

    Yeah you can get a spare 14x1 first bit off @DPT I'm pretty sure

    You should be able to rethread the rifle too, the drill diameter for a 5/8 tap is 14.8 minimum, so a 14mm thread should clean it up . . . . .

    Yes you can buy a new rear chamber from us or re-thread the barrel to 14x1.

    If interested in a new rear chamber please contact us through our website. We are currently closed until the 13th so we will reply then.
