    Cz512 experience

Have any of you experienced guys had anything to do with the cz512? I've done the normal Google research and seen both good and bad reviews, the bad mainly about the trigger but that looks to be on the earlier version. What's everyone's take on these?

I have a 512 22 mag , shoots very accurate. Love the wood stock.ammo not cheap so shoot Max 50r per range time.

I'm guessing the trigger is not to bad then if the price of ammo is your biggest concern. Mint, cheers for the feedback. I'm having serious ar withdrawls but dont want another 22lr.

Wood, running a nice scope also, doesn't look like it has done much work.

I am contemplating a tac even though it isn't as pretty as the wood stock version I am hoping the adjustable LOP on the tac might be a better fit for my large frame
@Nathanfish let us know your thoughts when you get your hands on one ?

The tac is 1500 a piece. I have shot and killed little with it, the cleaning part is difficult and don’t come in 20” barrels.

I am aware of the extra work in cleaning it, I wouldn't have thought the 16.5 inch barrel would make much difference on a .22 cal magnum or LR ?

It does make a difference between the two barrels in 22mag when out to 200m. Was thinking of getting a tac version but hasn’t seen any price dropped.

would be interesting to know does it just affect the hold over due to a drop in speed with the shorter barrel or does it effect the accuracy as well ?
