    Since these first came out I honestly can't see why people trip over themselves to pay such big money for them, you have to put the mounting piece on your rifle anyhow and would be better off just running a sling stud to pic rail adapter or just a short rail fullstop and running the likes of an evolution if you really want the brag factor of something made of carbon fibre hanging off the front of your rifle, at least with an evolution you get proper tilt adjustment and a far more solid mount etc. Props to the guy who makes them for doing it here in NZ but I think that the gimmick factor is what keeps them going off the shelf more than anything else
