    I'll weigh it tomorrow
    20" barrel - I think it isn't that heavy.
    Barrel profile is pretty nice

I don't rate RRA Ar15s personally but the big boys arnt generic mil spec stuff. All propriety thus very different in build quality.
Takes SLR mags which is the reason I went with it as opposed to DPMS, REM, CMMG etc which all interchange parts wise, but arse for mags and ESP big mags.
Lose parts availability for mag availability which is acceptable to me in this case.
Will try and get another upper and bolt and will build a 7SAUM upper also.
Who did you use to do anodising?

Just like every boy racers car need a big exhaust pipe every gun should have a "loudner' fitted. It just makes the whole thin waaaaay cooler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

I wanted to build something on the 308 case so decided on the 260 improved.
This one is built on a brand new T3 Tikka with a Limbsaver & 23" Vulcan barrel.
It has a fluted bolt & barrel.

It performs pretty well with the 140 amax, the only projectile I have tried.

Thats a pretty nice speed, it will go faster but it a bit harder on the brass.

Quite a neat useful little longish range round with the 140s

I might have a play with the 120 GMX or 130 Sirocco.

They're good mate only issue I had with mine was it spotted up with some surface rust after I neglected it. Apart from that accuracy and fouling wise its mint.

It's better looking than the other 2 anyway. Looks like a tikka looks

What adi powder you settle on? I found r17 good to get speed and went
    N165
    R22
    Ar2213
In that order with 165 been the best of them in the 7 I done so. Interesting to see how you got on tho. . . .

Reloder 17 gave the best speed.

Seems to be pretty accurate unless you clean it...... first Vulcan barrel I have had.......

Left it dirty overnight & put 5 into 1", 4 went into 1/2" including the first shot.

Just a wee note, it has been pointed out to me that my mag appears to be a 20, its not, its A cat in accordance with my FAL. I wanted it to look as God intended for the photos so I didn't properly insert the as shipped NEA 5rd mag. Maybe a douche thing to do but hindsight is a bitch huh.
